Long Pasta – Garofalo Capellini are a long, thin pasta with a delicate texture. The high quality of the gluten and the selection of the semolina make it full of flavour. They are excellent when served in broth.
Due to their reduced thickness and delicate consistency, they go well with sauces and light condiments.
